FAQs
-
Is Junction Labradors a puppy mill??Nope. We only have four dogs in our breeding program (one male, three females). We pride ourselves in being responsible breeders who not only take great care of our pets’ health but provide them a loving, happy lifestyle.
-
What are your adoption fees? Our puppies are $900 males and females, alike. This price is without breeding rights.
-
How do I obtain breeding rights?Junction Labradors retains the breeding rights on all puppies. If you do want breeding rights we will release them to you after the breeding pair has received genetic testing from Pawprint Genetics or Embark and the breeding pair is cleared of genetic diseases. Also, OFA’s have been completed and are certified good. After that the owner will pay an additional $500 to Junction Labradors for the breeding rights and Junction Labradors will contact AKC to release the rights.

What are your requirements for new owners? We prefer to send puppies to homes where the new owners have previous experience with pets, preferably dogs, and have ample space in their home and/or neighborhood for the puppies to play after they’ve grown. If you have no prior pet experience but are willing to learn, we are happy to help you out with a few tips and tricks to get started. Raising a puppy is a large but equally rewarding responsibility.
